Presented by Cathy M. Tiggs-Johnson, MSW

Ms. Cathy Tiggs is the social worker for the Hemostasis & Thrombosis Center at UH Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Cathy has worked in the bleeding disorder community for 15 years. Along with her clinical work, Cathy travels the country participating in meetings and conferences designed to meet the needs of our patients & families. She serves on several committees within the bleeding disorder community and works to create and expedite educational programs. Cathy also provides competency training for social workers, social work managers and other leaders in the areas of leadership development, conflict mediation and empowerment. Cathy instructs in topic areas that helps to prepare practitioners to effectively engage and impact patients, families and communities.
